Hey! I'm Holly Peyer.

I became curious about functional nutrition and a holistic approach to health when my daughter fell very ill ... and, traditional medicine left us with no answers. Just prescriptions. Guided by a desire to help her heal, I dove deep into researching the why behind her symptoms, after most doctors gave up. I went back to school to study functional nutrition where I discovered food is medicine. We worked with a functional doctor who taught us that wellness is multidimensional. Turns out, it takes more than just eating your veggies and exercising. We not only helped my girl get back on track, she is now thriving. And, I became passionate about helping others do the same.

Today, I'm a Board-Certified Health & Nutrition Coach. Through functional lab testing and a personalized, holistic approach, I help clients uncover the hidden imbalances holding them back from feeling their best. With diet and lifestyle shifts, we address the root causes so they can get back to feeling like themselves — vibrant, strong and ready to live their happiest, healthiest lives.
